Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
A small shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if available).

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. KAPDE cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve it.
